For this property a complete makeover was required. The owners wanted to convert their spacious apartment into a smaller flat with a separate office. The transformation began with a pre-design phase for the flat’s subdivision and for the distribution of rooms in relation to the building’s structure, as well as natural illumination and water and electric systems. Following this process, demolition and reconstruction was planned and a 3D model was created, using all the necessary structural details and juxtaposing the different materials to check their harmony. The furnishings were fitted with respect for the room’s ergonomics, following which photo-realistic renderings were created to verify the final result. Finally, a video was created to scan every corner of the house, giving the owners a taste for the new space.

E’ stato creato anche un video per scrutare l’abitazione in ogni angolo facendo vivevere al cliente la progettazione e le emozioni che gli offrirà la nuova casa.
